what lome is
lome (lome.nix.ai) is a wardrobe web app: a list of clothes you own, a log of what you wear, outfit suggestions built from your closet, and a catalog of garments from retailers we index, with links to buy them at the retailer. it is run by Nix Searcy ("we"). using it means you accept these terms.
your account
you sign in with an atproto identity (for example a Bluesky handle). we never see your password. you are responsible for that account; we are responsible for what we store about it (what we store). you must be 18 or older to use lome.
your data is yours
closet items, outfits, and your interaction log are records under your DID. you can export them at any time and ask us to delete them (lome@nix.ai). we don't sell or share them, and photos you upload are shown only inside your own account.
retailer links and affiliate networks
links to retailers may be affiliate links: if you buy after clicking one, the retailer may pay us a commission through an affiliate network, at no cost to you. those links carry an anonymous, one-way id so the network can attribute a purchase to lome — never your DID, handle or any personal data. the network sets its own cookies on its own domain under its own privacy policy. commissions never influence what we show you (affiliate disclosure). if you would rather not pass through a network, copy the retailer's address from the product page instead of clicking the link.
the catalog
catalog data comes from retailers' public product pages and is theirs; prices and stock can be stale — the retailer's page is authoritative. product photography stays inside logged-in accounts; the images shown publicly are our own standardized renderings.
acceptable use
don't scrape or bulk-download lome, probe other people's accounts, upload anything you don't have the right to, or use the service to harm anyone. we may suspend accounts that do.
beta, changes, and no warranty
lome is in beta. features change, some may go away, and things will occasionally break. the service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind; to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of it. we may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new date.
